Official Rules – Clash of Clans Gold Pass Giveaway

This Giveaway is hosted by @clashwithmadox (“Sponsor”) and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube or Supercell.

1. Eligibility

• Open to individuals who are at least 16 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their country, whichever is older).
• Must have a valid email address to participate.
• Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

2. Entry Period

• The Giveaway begins on 01 November and ends at 500 subscribers.
• All entries must be received before the closing date to be eligible.

3. How to Enter

• Follow the instructions provided in the Giveaway video and/or entry form.
• Bonus entries may be available by completing optional actions (e.g., entering a secret code).

4. Prize

• One (1) winner will receive a Clash of Clans Gold Pass.
• Approximate retail value: $6.99.
• No cash alternative. Prize is non-transferable.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 5 Days of the Giveaway closing.
• Winner will be notified via the email address provided. If the winner does not respond within [48 hours/72 hours], a new winner may be selected.

6. General Conditions

• By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and YouTube’s Community Guidelines (https://www.youtube.com/howyoutubeworks/policies/community-guidelines/).
• Any entries deemed spam, fraudulent, or violating YouTube’s Terms of Service will be disqualified.
• The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Giveaway at any time for any reason.

7. Privacy

• Participant information (such as email addresses) will only be used to contact the winner and for promotional/marketing emails from the Sponsor.

8. Release

Entrants agree that all disputes will be resolved under the laws of South Africa.

By participating, entrants release YouTube and Supercell from any liability related to the Giveaway.
